Account data: your name, email address, country, and the course licences held by your space.

Usage and security data: sign-in timestamps, IP address, approximate location derived from that address, and browser or device information. This is used to detect suspicious access to your account.

Creator data: your space's name, address, branding and the prices you set.

Learning data: course progress and quiz results, shown to the learner and to the creator whose space they enrolled in.

To give you access to the licences you bought, to run your space, to provide support, to secure accounts against unauthorised access, and to improve the course material.

We send service emails such as password resets and account notices. Marketing email is optional and can be turned off at any time.

When someone enrols in a course through a creator's space, that creator is the one they have a relationship with, and they decide what to do with their students' data. We process it on the creator's behalf in order to run the platform.

We do not market to a creator's students, sell their details, or use them for any purpose of our own. A creator's student list is theirs alone.

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service — hosting, authentication, payment and IP geolocation providers — under contracts that limit their use of it.

We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

Account data is kept while your account exists. Sign-in and security logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted.

Records of licence purchases are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, because they are proof of a transaction rather than marketing data.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can ask for a copy in a portable format.
